Remuneration CommitteeBack to Contents | Next Section | Previous Section The Dairy Adjustment Authority Remuneration Committee was established to review the level of remuneration paid to senior managers, with the Dairy Adjustment Authority's Chair reviewing the level of remuneration paid to the General Manager Operations. The Committee’s role was to ensure that the remunerations paid were consistent with the duties and responsibilities of those positions, together with ensuring that the job performance of the individuals met the relevant benchmarks. Additionally, part of the Committee’s charter was the responsibility of reviewing the policies and systems already in place for managing remuneration, ensuring they were appropriate and consistent with the Authority’s objectives. The Remuneration Committee members are John Drinan as Chair, with the other member being Merrilyn McPherson. The Committee reports to the Board out of session.
