Management of Human ResourcesBack to Contents | Next Section | Previous Section All permanent staff of the Dairy Adjustment Authority are employees of the Australian Dairy Corporation. Even though seconded by the Authority, they are still employed under the standard contract of employment of the Australian Dairy Corporation. On 30 June 2003, 3.6 Corporation personnel were seconded fulltime to the Authority. All other staff employed by Authority were hired either on a contract basis or through staffing agencies as temporary staff. The Australian Dairy Corporation administered all arrangements in relation to these staff. At the height of activity for the year, the Dairy Adjustment Authority’s overall staffing levels peaked at twenty. At 30 June 2003, the Authority operated with five staff. In addition to full-time staff, under a service agreement, several Australian Dairy Corporation employees provided services to the Authority on a part-time basis.
