ManagementBack to Contents | Next Section | Previous Section The Dairy Adjustment Authority is supported by the General Manager Operations, Daryl Gifford, together with a management team, who were largely seconded from the Australian Dairy Corporation. Although the number of management personnel has reduced in line with the reduction in the Authority’s operations, the management team still carries out all administrative tasks, together with supervising the work of contract employees. The structure for Dairy Adjustment Authority Operations for the year is set out in Chart 1. In addition to the above, the Authority is also serviced by a small management secretariat in Canberra, which provides administrative support to Authority members as well as linkages to its portfolio department, the Australian Government Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry (the department).
