Remuneration CommitteeBack to Contents | Next Section | Previous Section The Dairy Adjustment Authority Remuneration Committee was established during the year to review the total level of remuneration paid to the General Manager Operations and the senior managers to ensure consistency with the duties and responsibilities of the position, the job performance of the individual concerned and the relevant benchmarks for an organisation such as the Dairy Adjustment Authority. The committee also reviewed the policies and systems in place for managing remuneration to ensure they were appropriate and consistent with the Authority’s objectives.
