The Dairy Adjustment Authority is supported by the General Manager Operations, Daryl Gifford, and a management team, largely seconded from the Australian Dairy Corporation. The management team supervises the work of contract employees. The organisational structure for Dairy Adjustment Authority Operations – as it was structured for most of the year – is indicated in the following chart.

The Authority is also serviced by a small management secretariat in Canberra that
provides linkages with its portfolio department, Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry – Australia (AFFA), and provides administrative support to Authority members.
